Messaging Terms
Effective September 17, 2026
These terms govern the Flexli appointment and customer-care SMS program. They are separate from the Flexli User Agreement, which governs normal platform access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and mobile information.
Public website information
Public Flexli information and AI-assisted responses are for guidance. Eligibility, availability, requirements and outcomes vary, and authoritative provider terms or instructions continue to apply.
Flexli appointment and customer-care messaging
The Flexli SMS program provides appointment confirmations and reminders, service-related updates, two-way customer care and replies to questions you send us. You can opt in through the unchecked SMS consent box when scheduling at flexli.co/get-started. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment or using Flexli; email confirmation remains available.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier and Flexli are not responsible for messages affected by circumstances outside their control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
You can also get help at support@flexli.co. After you opt out, Flexli may send one message confirming your request, and no further recurring program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Sending Flexli a direct inbound message permits us to respond to that conversation; it does not by itself enroll you in recurring or marketing messages. Delivery and third-party services
Flexli may rely on authorized third-party communications services and mobile carriers. Delivery and availability may be interrupted, and those services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Flexli or applicable requirements change. We will post revised terms here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@flexli.co.
