Legal
Flexli User Agreement
Effective September 22, 2026 · Version 2
This Flexli User Agreement is a legal agreement between BLIX FLEX LLC, doing business as Flexli (“Flexli,” “we,” “us”) and you, the person or organization accessing or using Flexli. It governs your access to and use of the Flexli website, platform and related services.
1. Agreement and acceptance
This agreement takes effect when you accept it — for example, by checking “I agree to the Flexli User Agreement” during account activation — or, where acceptance is not yet presented, when you access or use the Flexli platform. If you do not agree, do not use Flexli.
Flexli records the agreement version and time of acceptance for verified accounts. This agreement applies to normal use of Flexli across all of your roles.
Additional agreements may apply to specific services, engagements, partnerships or work arrangements — for example, a separate Operations Agreement or account-access authorization signed before operational work begins. Where a more specific agreement applies to a subject, that agreement governs for that subject. Any such agreement is handled separately and does not create additional signature steps for normal Flexli access.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use Flexli. If you use Flexli on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept this agreement for that organization.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use Flexli responsibly. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly at support@flexli.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Flexli service
Flexli is a technology-enabled operations platform. It helps clients coordinate authorized digital work and operational support around third-party work and provider platforms, including profile management, eligibility review, appointments, work information and communications.
Flexli is not a bank, money transmitter, consumer remittance service, investment service or financial institution, and Flexli does not hold client funds or operate client financial accounts.
4. Authorized work and provider platforms
Flexli is independent from third-party work and provider platforms and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless expressly stated. Work coordinated through Flexli takes place on or around those platforms, which Flexli does not own or control. They are governed by their own terms, rules and policies, which continue to apply. Provider eligibility, work availability, acceptance and payment policies are set by the providers and are outside Flexli’s control; Flexli does not control provider decisions and does not guarantee provider outcomes.
You agree to follow applicable laws, work instructions and the rules that apply to the work or platforms you use. Flexli will not ask you to bypass third-party platform restrictions, and you may not use Flexli to do so. Access that a provider prohibits, or that requires permission you do not have, is not authorized.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Flexli to:
- violate any law, regulation or third-party platform rule;
- misrepresent your identity, eligibility, authority or information you provide;
- access another person’s account, workspace or data without authorization;
- interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the service;
- circumvent authentication, authorization or platform protections;
- misuse personal, confidential or work information obtained through Flexli.
Use personal, confidential and work information only for its intended purpose.
6. Eligibility, opportunities and outcomes
Flexli may present eligibility results, opportunity information and AI-assisted guidance. Eligibility results, work availability and AI assistance do not guarantee acceptance, assignments, bookings or earnings. Opportunities may be subject to opportunity-specific eligibility rules, and third-party providers make their own decisions.
Public Flexli information and AI-assisted responses are for guidance; authoritative provider terms or instructions continue to apply.
7. Payments and financial services
Payment collection and payouts are not currently available through Flexli. Flexli does not hold money on your behalf, does not guarantee payouts and does not guarantee income. If payment features become available in the future, they will be governed by additional terms presented at that time.
Flexli does not charge a single universal fee. Any fees, revenue share or other commercial terms for a specific client, platform or engagement vary and are set by the written agreement that applies to that engagement (for example, an Operations Agreement), not by this User Agreement. Where a specific written agreement applies, its commercial terms control.
8. Credentials and sensitive information
Do not place passwords, security codes, banking information or payment credentials in ordinary forms, messages or free-text fields.
Where Flexli supports secure credential handling or delegated third-party account access for authorized work, it is collected only through dedicated secure flows, only where permitted by the applicable provider, and only with your explicit, separate authorization. You may revoke that authorization; revocation stops future access as described in the applicable authorization but does not erase historical records kept for legal, security or audit purposes.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. By using Flexli, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
10. Communications
We may send you service communications — such as account, appointment, security and support messages — through the contact channels you provide.
SMS messages are governed by the separate Flexli Messaging Terms. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using Flexli. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
11. Third-party services
Flexli may depend on third-party platforms, communications providers, cloud and hosting services, payment providers and other integrations. Their availability, terms and policies may affect the service, and Flexli is not responsible for third-party services or their acts or omissions.
12. Intellectual property
Flexli and its software, content, branding and platform functionality are owned by BLIX FLEX LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Flexli for its intended purpose under this agreement.
You retain ownership of content and information you provide. You grant Flexli the limited rights needed to operate, provide and secure the service with respect to that content. Flexli does not claim ownership of your content or of third-party provider content.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Flexli at any time and may request account closure through support@flexli.co.
Flexli may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this agreement, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or where required to protect people, providers or the service. Any separate authorization you have granted — such as account-access authorization — may also be revoked as described in that authorization.
When access ends, your right to use Flexli stops. Records required for legal, security, audit or legitimate operational purposes may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Legitimate obligations that arose before termination, where applicable, survive.
14. Disclaimers
Third-party providers control their own platforms. Flexli does not guarantee acceptance, assignments, outcomes or earnings, and availability of the service may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Flexli service is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to this agreement, without warranties that are not expressly stated here.
15. Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flexli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms or services outside Flexli’s reasonable control. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You are responsible for your own use of Flexli and for activity conducted through your account, including compliance with laws and third-party platform rules that apply to you.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement as Flexli or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised agreement here with a new effective date and, where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the service or by email. Where required, we will ask you to accept the updated agreement; continued use of Flexli after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
